All I knew was that I wanted to try a menu that was more plant based. She emailed me a menu that made me wish that I had ordered sooner. We planned on her dropping off the meals on Wednesday evening, well it was Saturday. Oh my goodness, when they dropped off my first 7 meals I was pleasantly surprised at the portions, the ingredients and how satisfying each meal has been for me.
